Under this object, what appears to be a semi-circular piece of a moulded, wooden, picture frame. Under the piece of frame, is an inverted green ceramic vessel which is supported by a metal stand. My Grandfather's Shoes
Long, rectangular photograph onto which four white wooden strips have been placed giving the appearance of five separate, layered components. From top to bottom the image consists of legs and feet (of photographer?); roots, trees, greenery; logging activity; sky with a lone bird.
Le Geste Qui Cache
Work consists of black and white photographs on six painted panels with bronze text. Each photograph depicts the same standing, nude woman, in a slightly different pose, against a background of horizontal, white, lines. Although each pose is different, in all of the photographs she is hiding her genitals and her face. The lower portion of each panel is painted red and in the centre of this red area is bronze text. Ambiguous Beauty / Aimai-no-bi
Nude, full length portrait of the artist posing with artificial breasts and wearing a long, blonde wig. The colour print has been reproduced on a paper fan, which, when opened, reveals the scene. The fan fits into a custom-made wooden box which has Japanese script on the lid.

By the Delta
Composition's setting borders on the ‘fetishistic' and ‘fantastic'. Images of Doug Melnyk in various poses and nude male body types, float, fly and walk through the Delta landscape below a dramatic sky. Wings sprout out of his back. Perched on the horizontal bars of the hydro poles, are skeletons in various colours. Cows are grazing on the grass and a pair of lions are semi-hidden in the tall reeds. Two of the male images are engaged in sexual intercourse. All the edges of the frame are decorated with full-length portraits of skeletons.

The artist has decorated the wooden frame with leaves and plastic bugs (flies and spiders). Some of the leaves have a bluish tinge to them. She also has used paper, latex paints and varnishes on the frame.
The Studio: Dinner with George
Vertically oriented photomontage, composed of 20-odd colour photographs, shows the artist’s studio table and surrounding vicinity after a meal shared with George Swinton. There are empty wine bottles, aluminum take-out containers and paint-speckled chairs. The daylight is natural and comes in from a window to the rear of the table.

Sandy Bay
Work consisting of three large oils on panel (a: Residential School, b: dark blue panel, c: red panel), a colour photograph on masonite (d: priest) and a black and white photograph on masonite (d: children). The two photographs (the colour hung above the black and white) are hung to the left of the oil depicting the residential school. The dark blue panel is hung between the image of the residential school and the red panel. The colour photograph depicts a priest standing in front of a grotto in which is a statue of the Virgin Mary. In the black and white photo are young female and male students standing on the stairs of the residential school in their first communion outfits. The residential school is depicted on one of the large oils, while the other two panels are executed in dark blue and red respectively. The red panel has a horizontal splash of green at the centre.

A woman (Rosalie Favell) in contemporary clothing laying in a bed, covered in a Hudson’s Bay blanket, awakes. On the wall above her bed is a picture of Xena, the warrior princess. Looking through an open window behind her is Louis Riel. By her bedside, four men and a woman in historical clothing look on. The artist and blanket are rendered in colour; the balance of the image is in black and white.

Three individual, full-length photographs of a woman, from left to right as follows: (1) Hand-coloured photograph of a woman wearing a blonde wig and a sleeveless, low-cut white dress with a full skirt, à la Marilyn Monroe. On the floor is a fan which has been positioned under her dress causing it to billow out. (2) Sepia-toned photograph of a woman in a back yard. Behind her is a clothes line and a fence. Her clothing appears to be c. 1940s. (3) Black and white photograph of a barefoot woman wearing glasses and dressed in a contemporary shirt and trousers. There are deliberate, round perforations in the mat.
