Mira Black Headlines WAG’s Jazz under the Rooftop Concert
Winnipeg diva Mira Black will unveil her new show, Black Love Letters, at the Winnipeg Art Gallery’s Jazz under the Rooftop concert on Friday, November 19 at 8pm.

Mira Black uses elements from many diverse genres to please her audience. The purest aspect of the performance is the tone and power of her voice with its soulful, emotive three octave range. Her band consists of some of Canada’s top jazz players who devote their talent, skills and education to bringing elements of jazz, funk, pop and world rhythms into an accessible and contemporary forum. In Black Love Letters you will hear new songs and monologues investigating the trials and triumphs of love lost, found, lamented, broken, and cherished.
