Sponsorship Levels

presenting sponsor — $25,000 +

  • Logo recognition in all promotional materials
  • Logo recognition on the event, program, or exhibit page on the WAG website
  • Logo recognition on the title wall of the exhibition
  • Logo recognition in the exhibition publication, brochure or event program (with sufficient lead time)
  • 6 complimentary copies of the publication (if available)
  • 6 invitations to the exhibition opening and VIP reception
  • 30 family guest passes to the WAG
  • 16 tickets or two tables for the related special event (where applicable)
  • One complimentary rental of the Muriel Richardson Auditorium, Eckhardt Hall, or rooftop Sculpture Garden. Venues can accommodate up to 300 people (does not include a/v, food and beverage, or any other costs)
  • A special guided tour of an exhibition by a curator for up to 25 guests or a private tour of the WAG’s collection vaults area for 10 people

  • Logo recognition on the title wall of the exhibition
  • Logo recognition in the exhibition publication, brochure, or event program (with sufficient advance notice)
  • 4 complimentary copies of the publication (if available)
  • 4 invitations to the exhibition opening and VIP reception
  • 20 family guest passes to the WAG
  • 8 tickets or two tables for the related special event (where applicable)
  • Fifty percent off the rental fee of the Muriel Richardson Auditorium, Eckhardt Hall, or rooftop Sculpture Garden. Venues can accommodate up to 300 people (does not include a/v, food and beverage, or any other costs)
  • A special guided tour of the exhibition for up to 25 guests
  • Tableau listing for one year, name recognition on the donor board and in the annual report

supporting sponsor — $5,000

  • Logo recognition in all promotional materials
  • Logo recognition on the event, program, or exhibit page on the WAG website
  • Logo recognition on the title wall of the exhibition
  • Logo recognition in the exhibition publication, brochure, or event program (with sufficient lead time)
  • 4 complimentary copies of the publication (if available)
  • 4 invitations to the exhibition openings and VIP receptions
  • 10 family guest passes to the WAG
  • 4 tickets for the related special event
  • Twenty-five percent off the rental fee of the Muriel Richardson Auditorium, Eckhardt Hall, or rooftop Sculpture Garden. Venues can accommodate up to 300 people (does not include a/v, food and beverage, or any other costs)
  • A special guided tour of an exhibition for up to 15 guests
  • Tableau listing for one year, name recognition on the donor board and in the annual report

contributing sponsor — $2,500

  • Name recognition in all exhibition/program/event specific advertising
  • Name recognition on the event, program, or exhibit page on the WAG website
  • Name recognition on the title wall of an exhibition
  • 2 complimentary copies of the publication (if available)
  • 2 invitations to the exhibition opening and VIP reception
  • 5 family guest passes to the WAG
  • Tableau listing for one year, name recognition on the donor board and in the annual report

If the donor is a media sponsor, this will be noted along with the name at the appropriate level.

Upon request, donors can waive the above recognition in favour of a CRA tax receipt for the eligible amount. Receipts will be issued for accounting purposes.
