Dance Party • 6pm-3am • MEMETIC presents a night of world fusion sounds mixing samples of ancient instruments and modern electronic beats to create a dance party with elements of Persian, Turkish, Mediterranean, and Egyptian sounds! Groove to the rooftop vibe and alongside projections of ancient temples, statues, and landscapes living large on the walls of the WAG!
Late Night Film Festival • 9pm-2am with Q&A at 9pm • Join film experts, Jonah Corne and George Toles, from 9-10pm for a fascinating exploration of short Greco-Roman themed films in celebration of the historic Olympus exhibition at the WAG. Visit the theatre between 3pm-2am for non-stop viewing on your own.
Jewelry Workshop • 4-11pm • Join jewelry artists, Lily and Sonya Rosenberg (Manitoba Crafts Council), to create your own amazing piece of bling.
Minecraft Digital Lounge • 6pm-2am • Sit back to observe the smash-hit game in action, sign up for a block of time to play, and get creative as you help build a virtual Olympus-inspired world. Check out the final design on our website.
Ramping up the Ramp • 6pm-1am • Enjoy mesmerizing performances by the en/trance dance troupe, then dance the night away to DJ Co-op.
