Choose from an array of interactive tours and workshops, perfect for daycares, sports teams, scouts, guides, home schoolers, or groups of friends! Tours available Friday from 5-9pm, Saturday and Sunday 11am-5pm. Visit to reserve your spot.



Family Stroller Tours

Monthly stroller-friendly tours that allow you to engage in conversations on art with other adults while being mindful of your little ones.

Family Fusion

Family Fusion is a monthly DIY arts and crafts event – stop by the WAG with your family and spend some creative time together!

Drop-in between 1pm and 3pm • $20 per family (2 adults and up to 4 children under 18) • $10 per family for WAG members*

Sunday, January 28 • Arctic Chill Out - Experience winter on the WAG rooftop! Have fun building a snow fort, learning about life in the arctic, and create a piece of artwork that you can take home.

Spring break edition
Tuesday, March 27 • Soap Stone Carving - Have you ever wanted to try your hand at carving stone? This is your chance! Using some simple tools, create a small carving out of stone.

Thursday, March 29 • Tape Cities - Create a cityscape using a variety of recycled materials, including colourful tape!

Family Sunday: Arctic Chill Out/Aventure Arctique

Sunday, January 28 from 1:30pm to 4pm

Celebrate Inuit culture through games, tours and workshops. Keep your snowsuit on and visit the WAG rooftop for some snowy outdoor activities.

$20 per family (up to 2 adults and 4 children under 18) • $10 for WAG members, Purchase your Family Membership at the Front Desk or online.

Célébrez la culture Inuit en jouant des jeux et avec la création artistique. Gardez votre habit de neige lors de votre visite au toit du Musée, et participez aux activités hivernales en pleine air. Regardez pour les gens avec un macaron qui dit je parle français pour un service francophone.

National Francophone Week Celebration

18 mars, 13h à 15h – Créez votre propre macaron qui célèbre votre francophonie, participez à des jeux dans le musée, et anticipez une visite spéciale des danseurs francophones. Amusons-nous en français.

March 18, 1-3pm – Create your own pin that celebrates French culture, participate in fun games in the Gallery, and anticipate a special visit from francophone dancers. Franco-FUN for the whole family.


Spring Break Art Camp

Camp from 9am-4pm • Early drop-off/late pick-up from 8:30am-5pm

Get creative with a new theme every day! Campers will have fun experimenting with new art forms, playing active games, and seeing art in the galleries.

Monday • A Day of Clay: Learn everything you ever wanted to know about clay in this one-day clay camp. A tour through the Gallery will inspire your imagination to create a masterpiece out of clay.
Tuesday • What can I Paint? Explore the Gallery looking for new techniques and exciting subject matter to paint and then head to WAG Studio and get creative and paint crazy!
Wednesday • Super Art Heroes:  Who are your heroes and what are their super powers? Search through the Gallery collecting interesting ideas and turn them into your very own Super Art Hero.
Thursday • I didn’t know I could make art with this! Take a tour though the Gallery and find out what interesting things artists use to make art. Back at WAG Studio you will use unconventional materials to create your own masterpiece.
