Group Tours for Kids
Choose from an array of interactive tours and workshops, perfect for daycares, sports teams, scouts, guides, home schoolers, or groups of friends! Tours available Friday from 5-9pm, Saturday and Sunday 11am-5pm. Visit to reserve your spot.



Spring Break Art Camp

Monday, March 26 to Thursday, March 29

Ages 6-12 • $50 for non-members/$45 for members, per day

Camp from 9am-4pm • Early drop-off/late pick-up from 8:30am-5pm

Get creative with a new theme every day! Campers will have fun experimenting with new art forms, playing active games, and seeing art in the galleries.

Monday • Sold out! • A Day of Clay: Learn everything you ever wanted to know about clay in this one-day clay camp. A tour through the Gallery will inspire your imagination to create a masterpiece out of clay.
Tuesday • What can I Paint? Explore the Gallery looking for new techniques and exciting subject matter to paint and then head to WAG Studio and get creative and paint crazy!
Wednesday • Super Art Heroes:  Who are your heroes and what are their super powers? Search through the Gallery collecting interesting ideas and turn them into your very own Super Art Hero.
Thursday • I didn’t know I could make art with this! Take a tour though the Gallery and find out what interesting things artists use to make art. Back at WAG Studio you will use unconventional materials to create your own masterpiece.

Family Fusion

Family Fusion is a monthly DIY arts and crafts event – stop by the WAG with your family and spend some creative time together!

Drop-in between 1pm and 3pm • $20 per family (2 adults and up to 4 children under 18) • FREE for WAG members

Spring break edition

Tuesday, March 27 • Soap Stone Carving - Have you ever wanted to try your hand at carving stone? This is your chance! Using some simple tools, create a small carving out of stone.

Thursday, March 29 • Tape Cities - Create a cityscape using a variety of recycled materials, including colourful tape!

Family Stroller Tours

Tuesday, April 17 to Thursday, June 14

Monthly stroller-friendly tours that allow you to engage in conversations on art with other adults while being mindful of your little ones.

11am-12pm • Included with Gallery admission; FREE for WAG members. Children 5 and under are free.


Summer Art Camp

Tuesday, July 3 to Friday, August 17

Ages 6-8 and 9-12 • Week-long sessions • July 3-Aug 17
Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm • Early drop-off from 8:30am and late pick up until 5pm

Campers will explore the gallery exhibitions, create art, go on exciting field trips, and stage their own mini-exhibition at the end of the week. Friday is pizza day!

$225/week • $200/week for WAG members

Choose from three exciting themes:
A Week in Paris
Wander through the streets of Paris and explore the art and architecture of this mesmerizing city. This multi-media exploration will have campers building and painting Parisian style.

Art is in the Air
Celebrate the French masters of Impressionism from Monet to Matisse. Head up to the WAG rooftop and paint en plein air just like the impressionists did, and make a masterpiece!

Dancing with Degas
Meet the dancing sculptures of the famous Impressionist artist, Edgar Degas, and make a mixed-media artwork through movement, music, games, and active fun.
